We are now a well run, established family business and provide our customers with the high standard of service we believe they deserve. We source 90% of our meat, ie. pork, beef and lamb, within a radius of approximately 15 miles from our shop. All our pork, beef and lamb which is grass fed is sourced direct from local farms within 15 miles of Ancaster and processed at Grantham, Abattoir.
By now you will have noticed that we keep emphasising about “local” and “English”. We pride ourselves in the fact that we only sell English meat through our shop. Our farmers produce such quality there is no need to go anywhere else.
We are also extremely proud to announce that we have won 5 awards in the Lincolnshire Poacher 2012 competition, including 3 gold awards for our Lincolnshire sausage, venison and chilli sausage and our homemade chicken and ham pie.
